Congratulations to Mark Millar in Year 11 who won the U19 North Eastern Ulster Table Tennis Tournamnent on Wednesday 23rd October. Mark was representing both the school and Ballymena Table Tennis Club. This was a great result given he was competing in an older age category and the tightly contested nature of the matches. Well done Mark 🏓

Friday marked the first day of competitive rugby at Ballymena Academy for our current year 8 rugby players. For some, it was their first ever competitive rugby match. Everyone got game time and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you to Limavady Grammar for hosting us.

Year 8 have been planting daffodil bulbs along the front of the school and along the main driveway. These are iconic symbols of Spring at Ballymena Academy and we look forward to seeing them in full bloom next year. Thanks to the Past Pupils' Association who donated the bulbs!
