A Level Single Award

This course explores how people grow, develop and are supported across life stages. Topics include health promotion, care values, communication and service provision. You’ll complete a mix of coursework and external exams. Ideal for students pursuing nursing, childcare, occupational therapy or youth work. The subject fosters empathy, independence and real-world knowledge.

A Level Double Award

The Double Award builds on the Single Award with broader, deeper content in areas like mental health, safeguarding, physiological disorders, and research. You’ll work independently on real-world projects and complete coursework and written assessments.
