ABP Angus Youth Challenge
We are delighted to announce that our team from Ballymena Academy have made it to the final of this year's ABP Angus Youth Challenge.
As a result, the team from BA will be raising five Angus cross calves, compliments of ABP, over the next 18 months. Jessica, Beth and Rebekah will be raising these calves through to finishing before selling them back to ABP.
As part of the application process, the girls presented the following video, explaining an idea for an App that could transform how we engage with, and support local producers in our area.
We would like to say a huge congratulations to all of the other finalists who have made it this far, and we hope everyone enjoys raising their Angus cross calves over the next 18 months.
