A Level Nutrition & Food Science

This subject explores the relationship between food, health and science. You’ll study nutrition, diet-related conditions, food safety and sustainability. Practical tasks, investigations and exams assess your understanding.

The course is ideal for students interested in dietetics, food technology, hospitality or public health. It develops practical lab skills and real-world food knowledge.
