Chemistry helps you build a solid understanding of chemical ideas and how they connect to the real world. You’ll take part in hands-on experiments to develop your science skills and knowledge, getting you ready for A-level Chemistry or other career-focused paths. You’ll be assessed through a mix of written exams and practical tasks.

 

A Level

A-Level Chemistry includes the study of key topics like atomic structure, bonding, calculations, organic chemistry, energy changes, and chemical equilibrium. You’ll carry out hands-on experiments, learning how to collect and analyse data just like real scientists. The course develops skills in problem-solving, logical thinking, and attention to detail

This course is a great preparation for careers in medicine, pharmacy, chemical engineering, and more.
