GCSE

Art and Design develops your ability to communicate ideas visually and creatively. You’ll experiment with a range of media, from drawing to digital tools, and explore the work of artists and designers. The course encourages personal expression and critical thinking. You’ll build a portfolio and exhibit your work to a visiting moderator.

A Level

A Level Art & Design allows you to immerse yourself in the creative process across four pathways: Combined Studies, Photography, Three-Dimensional Design or Textiles. You’ll develop your personal style while exploring techniques, materials and the work of professional artists. Through portfolio development and a final externally assessed project, you’ll showcase your ideas in a professional and expressive way
