This practical course introduces you to farming, the environment and food production. You’ll explore soil, crops, animal welfare, sustainability and rural enterprise. Field visits and project work are important parts of the course. Assessment includes coursework and exams.

Careers

This subject prepares you for careers in agriculture, environmental management, veterinary work, and agri-business. It also promotes a strong understanding of where our food comes from.
